In the Midst of it All...

A new life is beginning! Though the timing is a little awkward with the recent passing of Grandma A., we are excited to let you know Liesel will be a big sister this coming April.  Yes, our 2nd little one is on his/her way.

We were fortunate enough to be able to share the news with Grandma A two days before her passing and even though she was unable to verbally respond she smiled when she heard the new.

So far I haven't felt as sick as I did with Liesel which is a huge blessing as I have a 13 year old to get off to school in the morning and a busy 1 year to care for the rest of the day.  That's not to say I don't have my moments but God has been very good in giving me the needed strength and energy to make it through each day. We are 3 weeks shy of completing our 1st trimester so hopefully the morning sickness will start to fade as we enter the 2nd trimester!

So what is little Liesel up to these days.  Well walking is becoming a big thing.  On Sept. 8th (her dear aunty's b-day) she walked across the family room all by herself.  She is now getting braver and venturing out more and more.  Life has just gotten a whole lot busier!  I don't have any pictures or videos (bad mommy, I know) of her walking but I will have some soon. I just (30 minutes ago) finally got my memory card cleared so I can take more pictures.  I'll post those when I get them!  Here's some others for now!

She adores Callie!

Morning, With Liesel walking, there will be times when she can walk and won't have to be picked up.

But on the other hand, she can be out of sight in a blike of the eye.
Never the less. precious times.

Love Grandma G.
