Pumpkin Patch

Today we stopped by a pumpkin patch on the way home from town.  We were the only ones there as it was overcast and a little windy.  Liesel sure had fun exploring and we had fun watching her!

There's so many.

Got one!

Hmm I wonder how it tastes.  Mommy said you can make them into pie!

Oh, here's a little, little one

I've got my pumpkins!

She even made friends with the pumpkin patch dog!

What a fun time we had!

Randomness

I was hoping to post a picture of  Itty-Bitty but I keep forgetting to scan the ultrasound picture when I'm down at my in-laws.  The Itty-bitty is doing well.  Baby measured about 6.6 cm and heartbeat was 153 bpm.  The doctor was pleased with everything so for now I'll visit her once a month.  We're now 13weeks along and I think most of my morning sickness has gone.  If I go to long without food I strangely enough start to feel sick so basically I feel like I'm eating all the time and I don't leave home without food.  Instead of being a pack-rat, I'm a "snack-rat" as my brother-in-law endearingly calls me.

Liesel is walking around like crazy.  The nice thing is she now keeps her shoes and socks on most of the time. She's to busy walking around to notice she has them on!  She has also had two molars start to push through the gums which hasn't made her to happy but overall she has done quite well.  Here are some pictures of some recent going ons around our house!

Trying to put one of mommy's shirts on. I think that's the sleeve, Sweetie!

Peek-a-boo I see you!

I love this outfit and most of it was given to us! Love it!

"We Interrupt this Marriage to bring you...Hunting Season."

This was a quote my cousin and I found at a sticker store.  When we both saw it all we could do was look at each other and laugh.  YES both of our husbands are hunters and NO they're not that bad but I think both of us have felt that way just a slight bit by the end of hunting season.  Fortunately hunting season only last about 2 months but I know many wives are glad when it comes to an end.

Don't get me wrong we love that our husbands can get out and go hunt and even better when they are successful and the freezer is full for the next year but there is a slight bit of truth to the above saying!  At times it seems like every extra moment (remember this is the wife's view) is devoted to hunting.

I guess I better be careful because my husband got me a deer tag this year so I'll one of those people giving up relaxing weekend mornings and quiet evenings to go hunting.  At least I'll be able to spend sometime with my DH even though I've learned that involves sitting (aka not a talking time) quietly and scouting for deer. Hey I'm learning!

In all serious I (and my dear cousin) wish our hunting husbands the best of luck this season and just know we'll survive the season! ;)
