A Frog in the Kitchen

Yes, there was a frog in my kitchen yesterday! You won't believe my surprise when I walked into the kitchen and saw a mushroom like object on the floor. Callie (who had just got out of the bath) went to investigate and that is when I realized that it wasn't a mushroom but a frog. The little guy hopped into my laundry room where I lost him. My first thought was great the dryer is on. I bet the frog is going to get cooked but I few minutes later the frog hopped back into the kitchen where I caught him in a mason jar!

He really is a cute guy and even though I was tempted to keep him I decided to let him go! I have no clue how the frog got in the house. I wonder if maybe Callie brought it in. Hmmm!

Bye little froggy!

This frog was just another sign that spring is here. Our tulips are blooming and the cherry trees are just starting to show white and pink flowers. Here is a Smilebox with pictures from this last week, and yes the snakes are real. My DH took those pictures as I won't get that close. The snakes are harmless but I still didn't care to get that close even with the zoom!

An Evening Walk

This evening was so beautiful! I couldn't bear the thought of staying inside so Callie, my camera, and I took a little walk outside. Here are some of the sights that we saw along the way!

Isn't God's creation just wonderful!
