Plus I also prepped the shop/old carport for painting and managed to get one side painted. I hoping to get the other two sides done today but we'll see. Here's what it looked like before...

Corn, corn, corn! DIL and I processed 20 dozen ears of corn this summer and I took out one package the other night for supper and it was SO good! You've been a busy bee in the food preserving department!

I bought 3 ears of corn at the market this morning, BUT I bet they won't taste nearly as good as yours.
